Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservation and cancellation conditions
Bookings.
Once the client makes the reservation in any of the marketing channels, they will receive an email with the confirmation of the reservation and relevant data such as dates, price, number of occupants, contracted rate, cancellation conditions, instructions to make the reservation. payment of reservations in advance or non-refundable ... etc.

Payment of the reservation / Cancellation conditions.

The form of payment and the cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of rate contracted:
  • Reservation without advance: the full payment of the stay will be made upon arrival at the apartment by credit / debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash in local currency.
    The client may cancel at no cost during the free cancellation period specified in the reservation. In case of late cancellation or "no show" (no show), the amount of the first night will be charged on the card provided during the reservation process.
  • Reserve in advance: After making the reservation, the client will receive instructions to make the advance payment. This payment is essential for the reservation to be confirmed. The remaining amount will be charged upon arrival with the same options as in the case of Reservations without advance.
    The client may cancel free of charge during the period specified in the reservation confirmation. In the event of late cancellation or "no show" (no show), the client will lose the anticipated amount.
  • Non refundable: After making the reservation, the client will receive instructions to make the payment of 100% of the amount thereof. This payment is essential for the reservation to be confirmed.
    The amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation after the reservation has been confirmed.

In all cases, in the cancellations communicated once the stay has started, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Change of dates of stay.
If the client wishes to change the dates of his reservation, he must make the change in the same marketing channel that he used to make the reservation.
The possibility of change will depend on availability, and there may be variation in prices and / or rate type from one date to another.
If it is not possible to make the change and / or the client chooses to cancel the reservation, the rules detailed in the previous section will govern, according to the contracted rate.
